A selection of rare, award-winning unpasteurized sheep’s-milk cheeses and aged ricottas from Marcelli Formaggi made at “La Porta dei Parchi” in Anversa degli Abruzzi, served with a chestnut honey from the same farm.
The Marcelli family is dedicated to preserving Abruzzo’s ancient shepherd and farming culture. Their products have won gold medals throughout the world and "La Porta" has been voted the most organic farm in Italy.
